Have a look at what our week entailed…

Well hello. Tricky times for everybody right now. Covid numbers seen to be growing and who knows what new restrictions we may have to live with. All the more reason I suppose, to make sure we stay slim and fit.

There was a blog from our Dr Kev all about stress eating and how to handle it. He’s got a brilliant mind that fella, make sure you read it. There was a “10 minutes with” interview, this time with my Anna, bless her, she really doesn’t like the limelight at all.

Last week’s new recipes seem to have gone down really well, the most popular seems to be the pitta pizzas and the breakfast fruit pot. These were part, of course, of the 6 new recipes we promised you every week. Libby and Kat will be filming new recipes over the next couple of weeks. I haven’t told you this before, but Anna is recovering from an operation, I’m sure you all wish her well.

Next Week…

Next week there will be another “10 minutes with” interview. Of course, some more recipes, there is a blog from me about the power of walking. There’s also a blog from Danny, our PT and while I’m on the subject of exercise, there are new workouts coming.

Stay well, stay fit, get to the weight you want to be and more than anything, enjoy it. Do some exercise when you can, have fun cooking the recipes and we’ll chat again soon.
