For this weeks Motivation Monday I wrote a blog for you all about psychology!

Have a look at what our week entailed…

Hello everybody, hope you’re well, hope you’re keeping safe. The big news for us, yoga is on the site, there’s a 15-minute easy intro. I’m doing it myself and it’s the first time I’ve ever done it and I have to say, I loved it. Do tell us what you think of Tammy, the yoga instructor.

Kat, our nutritionist who a lot of you know, is now filming recipes for us. This lady knows what she’s talking about and expect to see more of her on the site soon. Six new recipes went up as they do every week and Kat is in some of them.

Our “10 minutes with” interview series sees a nice piece from my mate and amazing chef, Marcus Wareing. Now there’s a guy surrounded by indulgent food every day who still makes time to take care of himself.

Some of our members have hit their goal weight, congratulations guys, brilliantly well done. They are staying on the site, they haven’t finished with healthy living, they are using SMF to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I am chuffed to say, are supporting others in the FB group. We’ve only been open a few months; you have done brilliantly, well done.

There’s a couple of new blogs, one from me on psychology, it’s not official psychology like Dr Kev, it’s just my thoughts really. There’s a great blog from our Kat on sugar and blood sugar levels. Make sure you read this one, it’s hugely informative.

Dr Kev came onto the Facebook group, he is an incredibly busy man, so well-done Dr Kev.

Next Week…

Next week we’ve got some more exercises coming up, this time starring Danny, the PT, and a sneaky deal for our members on a simple piece of fitness equipment. There will of course be more recipes, another 10-minute interview, a blog from me and a blog from Dr Kev. Keep it up, if you slip up, get back to it, step by step, make yourself healthier, fitter and I then guarantee you, happier as a result.
