HELLO EVERYONE!

Hello everybody and I sincerely hope you are well and fit. Or if not quite fit, then fitter than you were. Don’t stress, you will get there.

We have good blogs this week, one from me, and one from our nutritionist, Kat. This one has lots of really good info on type 2 diabetes and for pre-diabetes, so if this is of any concern to you, do have a read. Kat is a very clever lady, in fact, we are considering offering one to one courses with Kat. Do let us know if you have any thoughts on this.

Everybody seems to be enjoying the new katsu curry recipe, this week we are introducing a bacon and leek quiche. As well as that, we are touching up all of our recipe pictures. Libby is looking to run some low key and fun interviews with members about their SMF experience. You don’t need to be at the end of your journey, we just want to do some casual interviews with members about different aspects of SMF. If you are interested, please do get in touch. The questions would simple be about which recipes you like and how you feel about the Facebook community, etc.

We have of course new workouts with Ann-Marie. Excitingly, we also have our first video from Dan. Dan runs the Accountability Academy, and we are absolutely chuffed he has agreed to work with us. We have put another one of my blogs into a voiceover, if this proves successful, we will record all of them. They are kinda like mini podcasts that you can listen to at home or in the car. Finally, just a reminder, that all of Kat’s talks are up on the site.
