Have a look at what our week entailed…

Hello and everybody just keep your fingers crossed that this vaccine comes as soon as possible. I wrote a blog for Motivation Monday all about Lockdown.

One of the benefits of me being at home is the work I can do on ShowMe.Fit. I’ve filmed a whole new workout, it’s called EMON and it stands for Every Minute On the Minute. You basically do 3 lots of exercises and they have to be done within the Minute. The good thing about it is, you can set your own pace.

Now, I don’t know if you want to be reminded that Christmas is coming or not, but we have already been filming some Christmas recipes and there will be a special Christmas menu coming to you very soon. There are, of course, 6 new recipes on this week and I have filmed a recipe given to me by MasterChef winner, Jane Devonshire. It’s a gluten-free lasagne, there are quite a few ingredients, but it’s not complicated to make.

We have lots of new members, so welcome. I do urge you to join the Facebook group, there is lots of support on there and the members tend to answer each other’s queries and questions. Not just that, in these lockdown times, it’s nice to have a chat.

Next Week…

I hope you are enjoying the live yoga with our Tammy. I’ve been chatting to a friend of mine, his name is Danny, the same as Danny the PT, in fact, they are very similar in that both their families come from the same part of India. However, this Danny is a life coach and I’ve been chatting to him about motivation. I’m considering doing live coaching with him in the same way we do the yoga. I’ll let you know.

So, there’s no escaping it, Christmas is around the corner and we’ll be making festive announcements soon. There will be a “10 minutes with” interview, of course, there will be another 6 recipes and the workout I literally sweated over, hopefully, will be uploaded soon.

Keep safe, keep well and just keep health and fitness at the forefront of your mind.
