Have a look at what our week entailed…

Well, the big news is this week, absolutely nothing to do with recipes, exercise, or weight loss. It’s Libby, our Libby, she has had an operation on her knee, bless her, so if you want to send her get well messages, please do. It’s her that runs this site really, not me, and I don’t like to see her in pain, but I am pleased she has had the operation and will soon be on the mend.

There is a blog from my Anna, she’s feeling very autumnal and she discusses her favourite seasonal flavours. She’s a great cook, my Anna.

There’s a new workout from Danny, it’s all about yer bum, it’s called the booty band workout and it’s not me this time, it’s Danny who has filmed it. We actually have a discount code if you want to buy yourself one of these bands.

There is a “10 minute with” interview with Claire Fyfe who was one of the finalists of last years MasterChef. She’s a great cook and she has now become a friend of mine.

We do listen to what you say, and we have introduced a search bar so that you can find the recipes you want more easily. This going to become very useful as we are still adding 6 new recipes every week.

We’ve got more yoga coming, in fact, we’ve got more stuff coming from Tammy. We’ve put the first bit of yoga up on the site and it has gone really well, so there it is, a lot more Tammy on the way.

Next Week…

Next week there will be another blog from me, one from Dr Kev (I love Dr Kev’s stuff, it’s always, always thought-provoking) and there will be, of course, 6 more recipes which you will find more easily because we’ve got a search bar!
