“Do something today that your future self will thank you for.”
Sean Patrick Flanery
For this weeks Motivation Monday I wrote a blog for you all about keeping the momentum!
Have a look at what our week entailed…
Welcome and I hope you’re keeping well and safe and just as importantly, I hope you’re keeping your spirits up. This covid situation will change, everything always changes, no situation lasts forever.
This week there has been a blog from me about keeping up momentum, the site’s been operational now for a few months and I just thought a small refresher course might come in handy. There’s a blog from Danny, our PT, about how he got into sport and exercise.
We are working hard to give Tammy, the yoga teacher, her own section introducing more yoga workouts, as well as a section on mindfulness. I’m a huge fan of this, especially in uncertain times. Tammy has a lovely saying that seems incredibly relevant right now and that is “the only wealth is health”.
We have a “10 minutes with” interview featuring Andi Peters, an old mate of mine and someone who keeps himself in incredibly good shape. As well, of course, 6 new recipes delivered each week, as we promised we would.
We love your weight loss and fitness stories, please keep them coming in, do e-mail if you wish to share your story.
Next week there will, of course, be 6 new recipes, another blog from me, I haven’t decided what on yet. In fact, if there are subjects you would like covered, please do let us know.
There will be a blog from our Anna and another “10 minutes with” interview. As I mentioned earlier, there are more yoga classes coming and a new workout will be added.
Eat well, stay healthy and smile. Smiling right now has never been more important.
