“Slow progress is better than no progress.”
Have a look at what our week entailed…
Hello everybody. Christmas is coming, there are a couple of vaccines out there, all very good reasons to be cheerful. I have written a blog about us and Christmas, don’t worry, I still want you to enjoy yourselves. There’s a blog from Kat, the Nutritionist, about the portion sizes, on ShowMe.Fit. We get lots of questions about it and she has addressed it comprehensively. It is all about mindful eating.
We are getting Christmas messages from you, the members and from our experts. We’ve got some great member success stories going up, they are not quite there yet, but honestly, we are just around the corner with them, it really is now finishing touches. Sorry for the delay, we remain a very, very small team.
Danny Sangha, that is Guru Danny, not PT Danny, is going to be holding life classes very soon, so keep your eye on social media. He’s a great life coach and a friend of mine and he’ll be holding classes on goal setting and planning.
If you do know anyone who wants to sign up, they may well be waiting until the New Year, I understand that, but if they do want to sign up in December, I will send a personalised video to a family member or friend wishing them a Merry Christmas.
We are also, me and Libby, really giving a lot of thought to how we can bring you, our members, together. We are looking for ways to have more interaction, with me and Libby as well as yourselves. Things like little challenges that you can possibly do together in small groups, anyway we’ll be sure to let you know.
Coming up, we are having chats with a lovely lady gym instructor, called Ann-Marie, same name as my wife. She’s a lovely little Geordie and a great instructor. She’s particularly good at letting people find their own level while exercising. I have known her for a number of years and I’m really looking forward to introducing her to you.
There will be another 3 recipes from the Christmas menu, another blog from me and another blog from one of our experts. Christmas is coming, be happy and we’ll chat again soon.
