Why did you start SMF?

I needed something different, a new challenge, I was stuck in a rut with SW which I followed for approx 20 years on and off

Why is your favourite breakfast, lunch and dinner from SMF?

Blueberry baked oats, Tomato and feta pasta and Veggie lasagne

Why do you enjoy SMF?

Yes absolutely love it!

Why is SMF different to other programmes out there?

It’s 3 meals per day, eating filling and nutritional food, and enjoying it, learning about good fats and how they are good for you, it changes your mindset and doesn’t feel like a diet, it’s a healthy eating regime, with excellent on hands advice from a nutritionist and a PT trainer, all for £7 per month, amazing!

What is one thing you have learnt from SMF?

That you can eat good tasty food and lose weight and feel good about yourself!

What is the best thing about SMF for you?

It’s easy to follow and so enjoyable, and it works! I feel so good about myself!

Would you recommend SMF to anyone else and why?

Yes absolutely and I have, I can’t recommend it enough, everything you need for £7 per month, what’s not to like?

Do you have any words or advice for someone looking to lose weight or get healthy?

Just do it, makes you feel so good and energetic, enjoying eating good food and excercising and feeling good about yourself
