Why did you start SMF?
I saw gregg on TV and his enthusiasm and dedication to SMF shone through. There was no hard sell he was just stating the facts that this wasn't a diet but a healthy way of eating.
Why is your favourite breakfast, lunch and dinner from SMF?
My favourites are overnight oats, the mackerel on rice cakes and salad and the honey and mustard chicken thighs
Why do you enjoy SMF?
I enjoy SMF because it allows me to plan my meals around my days. For example if I have a relatively busy day where I am burning a lot of calories I can refuel with healthy meals that will stop me snacking in between but equally if I have a day where I am not moving too much I can eat filling food that keeps me fuller for longer without being too calorific.
Why is SMF different to other programmes out there?
The difference with SMF is the level of personal engagement from the whole team. I have access to a nutritionist, personal trainer, chef and motivational speaker. I have access to a fantastic community on Facebook who host live chats, live cooking demonstrations and live workouts. There is a personal feel to the group which helps to keep you focused.
What is one thing you have learnt from SMF?
The best thing I have learnt is that "doing your best most of the time is enough" and small regular changes make huge differences in the long term.
What is the best thing about SMF for you?
The best thing for me is the feeling of being part of a wonderful family who motivate and encourage each other to be the best version of themselves they can be.
Would you recommend SMF to anyone else and why?
My words of advice would be "take the first step. Look at the bigger picture and make small goals. Give your body some self love with healthy, nutritious food that sustains you throughout the day and allows you to fit it around your lifestyle. Introduce a little exercise in to your day this can be as simple as walking around the block every day. Small changes really do add up in the long run. Dont focus on the numbers on the scales. Success can be measured much better by how you feel and ot what you weigh. Once you start to feel healthier you will want to do more to thank your body for all the hard work it does to keep you alive.
Do you have any words or advice for someone looking to lose weight or get healthy?
SMF is amazing value and has given me a healthy mindset and makes me excited for the future through teaching me what living a healthy lifestyle can do for your body both inside and out.

In my opinion, there is nothing more important than how you feel about yourself
You have to plan, if you don’t plan, you’ll fail
I have never ever regretted not having a drink
