7 whole days we have been launched for and my word what an adventure it has been already! What an exciting time for all of us at ShowMe.Fit and all of you lovely lot who have already joined us on this journey. We couldn’t be more proud of what you all have achieved already.
To celebrate turning one week old we are giving you 6 more recipes… 2 more breakfasts, 2 more lunches and… yes, you guessed it… 2 more dinners! As well as our extra 6 recipes we are also giving you an EXCLUSIVE from Nisha Parmar! This week she is providing us with her very own wonderful and mega healthy fish curry!
Remember to use our template ‘Food Planner‘ to organise your weekly meals, then plan when you are going to get the ingredients and plan when you are going to prepare these meals. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail, remember that. If you haven’t already, now might be the time to utilise our Self-Reflection Journal and Tracker Templates, these two are to be filled out monthly so if you have already filled this out then refer to it regularly through each month to help you stay on track and motivated.
