Have a look at what our week entailed…

Welcome everybody and I really hope this covid isn’t getting you down.

We have, as we always promised, 6 new recipes for you. All our recipes are around 30 minutes, they’re all filmed. This really is the key to a healthier life, and I do hope you not only cook them, but enjoy cooking them.

Tammy, our yoga teacher, has got some great yoga workouts and some mindfulness coming. We’re nearly there, I promise you, we are a very small team.

We have a 10-minute interview with Craig Revel Horwood, how about that! I know him before, I’ve been on Strictly and he’s been on MasterChef, there’s a fellow who really does know how to look after himself.

There’s a blog from me about the importance of cooking in a healthy lifestyle, I kinda already mentioned that in an earlier paragraph. There’s a blog from Kat, a great blog I think on how to have a healthy nutritionally balanced vegan diet.

Next Week…

Next week will see another 6 recipes, hopefully filmed with Anna again soon. She’s been recovering from a big operation and I am pleased to say she is well on the mend. There will also be a blog from Danny, our PT.

I do want you to stay safe, losing a few pounds is such a good idea with all this covid about, but I also want you to be in a good frame of mind, stay positive in these difficult times and chat with each other in the Facebook group, keep that strong sense of community going.
