3 months!!
I want to get just under 13stone (be nice to see a 12 stone rather than a 16 stone) then maintain
I needed to do something. I was too heavy in fact I was at probably heavier than my start weight. I started the Couch to 5k last year and finished it but weight wasn't going down. Recognised needed to change my eating habits and that's when I saw SMF.
Breakfast I am a lover of the overnight oats. I travel with work a lot so it is ideal to make up and take to have first thing with fruit. Lunch bit of a family favourite is the pea and ham soup. Again great when out at work and can heat up. Dinner has to be the flattened chicken with pesto or the chilli prawns. Bit of a joke in the house that everyone knows its Saturday night cos I usually have chilli prawns. (with a glass of wine ?).
It’s just so simple, cost-effective and everything there on a website. No expensive equipment needed. I work out in hotel rooms, plan the lunches and the support from the Facebook group, Live Instagram sessions etc is just so encouraging and rewarding. One big happy family feel about it.
Probably for the reasons above. Easy to use, mobile when your on the go, supportive and encouragement from your experts. definitely my downfall previously was the food and the recipe’s are great.
Thats its okay to be good most of the time !!. Love the fact i still can enjoy a beer or a wine or a gin. And also i dont use the Diet word. Its a lifestyle
Recipe’s and the excellent support from everyone.
I have and do !. In a nutshell it pulls all the elements together and supports you on the journey. My weight loss is noticeable now and people stop me to say “you’ve lost weight, how have you done it” The conversation then starts with “You know Gregg from Masterchef !!” which then leads to “oh yeah, he’s lost hasn’t he !!” and then I go into showme.fit pitch !!! Any commission going ?? ? ?
Join the Fitters family. Plan and Prep (you can do it even with a busy modern lifestyle) oh and if you can run. Couch 2 5k has helped me. Im now on 26 min 5K runs and started on the Parkruns (unofficial at moment due to COVID) but loving it. Also running 50 miles i October for Prostate Cancer. Set realistic goals. Enjoy it and reward yourself. When i lost 3 stone I had a burger to celebrate. Don’t beat yourself up if you have a bad day. Tomorrow you just start again.
Keep it going. Love it and you wont get rid of me now!! I’m converted
