This is just a very recent start to my weight loss

I am trying to lose weight

Why did you start SMF?

The main draw initially was Gregg as I watch most of the TV he does and he did an interview about SMF on Good Morning Britain which I watched when eating breakfast and that's what took me to investigate the SMF website

Why is your favourite breakfast, lunch and dinner from SMF?

Breakfast would have to be Poached Egg and Avocado Muffins, Lunch I love the broccoli and Feta Frittata and for Dinner the Chicken Jerk Skewers with Mango Salad

Why do you enjoy SMF?

I love the interaction with all the members and the simplicity of the recipes

Why is SMF different to other programmes out there?

I have tried them all but SMF is completely different in its approach- you treat us like ordinary people who will have good and bad days along with events which include having to indulge a bit but we are never made to feel like a failure- you let us enjoy life and it creates a mindset that you know when you fall you can get straight back up and be praised for doing that.

What is one thing you have learnt from SMF?

That if I stick to the recipes 3 times a day I am full and truly don’t look for any snacks at all.

What is the best thing about SMF for you?

That no matter what my day has in store for me there is always someone on SMF to talk to who may well be feeling the same as me and you get 100% support.

Would you recommend SMF to anyone else and why?

Absolutely – I’ve no idea why everyone isn’t living this way!!

Do you have any words or advice for someone looking to lose weight or get healthy?

Yes – don’t ever create goals that you have no hope of meeting – set small achievable goals and you’ll feel so good when you tick them off one by one – life is hard enough without putting yourself under added pressure.

I could go on all day about the benefits of this plan and how it has completely changed my mindset on food and exercise – just join and look forward to looking back at the old you!
