For this weeks Motivation Monday I wrote a blog for you all about exercise!
Have a look at what our week entailed…
Hello and I want to welcome you to a new month. A new month throws up great opportunities, right? An opportunity to continue your good work or of course, an opportunity for a fresh start.
Couple of new blogs gone out. One from me about exercise, how much I love it and what I get from it and a blog from my beautiful wife, Anna Wallace all about eating out, the perils and how to tackle them and still have a good time. There is also a new interview “10-minutes with” this one is with my friend from Inside the Factory, Cherry Healey. A lady who has a busy schedule and a family to look after who really does look after herself and really looks great.
There are, as always, 6 new recipes. We are building quite a collection now. Somebody suggested we make the pictures a bit more glossy, but I’m not sure, I kind of like our homely feel.
I’m away filming a lot, so Libby went down to Canary Wharf and filmed with Danny doing 2 new exercise routines, that will be released in the next week or so. One of these is bums and does require a little bit of equipment but we have a deal on that for you.
This week…
Next week I am delighted to say, a 15-minute yoga session is going to be released and the interview with the quite frankly, wonderful Tammy. I love this and I am a new convert. We are also going to be filming some recipes from our incredibly knowledgeable nutritionist, Kat. I am looking forward to this, I think it’s about time we featured more of Kat, she’s one of the cornerstones of our little group.
Next week there will be another 10-minute interview, another blog from me and one from Kat.
Enjoy everybody, keep giving us your feedback, get slimmer, get fitter but please do it at your own and steady pace.
Our Expert Friends’ Weekly Notes:
Katharine Bright – Registered Nutritionist:
‘If you find yourself getting hungry between lunch and breakfast then you may be eating at the wrong time for your body. Play around with eating earlier or later and see when you feel more hungry. It’s all to do with your blood sugars!’
Anna Wallace – Home Cooked Recipes:
‘Lots of questions about how to keep an avocado from going brown – keep it in an airtight container with a squeeze of lemon juice over it. This should help.’
Danny Rai – Personal Trainer
‘Try to find 10 mins to stretch every single day.’
Dr Kevin Dutton – Psychologist
‘Don’t let things go because you are getting busier, adapt your lifestyle so it all works for you!’
