For this weeks Motivation Monday I wrote a blog for you all about travelling and its difficulties!

I’ve been away a fair amount. There’s a new Channel 5 travel series that I am sure will be on your screens soon but trying to eat healthily whilst away is a proper challenge.
A new recipe went up last week where I was singing ‘Cumin Frittata’ to the tune of Hakuna Matata from The Lion King and apparently, it’s got stuck in your heads and you’ve all been humming it! My sincere apologies, I will try and consider this in future! There are of course, as promised, 6 new recipes and our Libby is in one of them. I’m happy about that, I think we need to see a bit more of our Libby on the site. We do listen to you and a new print button has been added to the recipes. There you go, print away, get your sticky fingers all over the recipe.
We now have over a thousand members on the Facebook group, well done to all of you. That’s a proper ShowMe.Fit community right there. You are supporting each other amazingly well and reaching out to new members who are seeking guidance. It’s very generous, well done and thank you.
My Motivation Monday blog was all about travelling, obviously that was on my mind as I moved around filming. Give it a read, it’s not just about me moaning about how tough things are, I hope my experiences can help you when you’re next on the road. The Wellness Wednesday blog is from our brilliant Dr Kev and it’s about the fear of failure. Something that stops many of us from obtaining our goals. Dr Kev thinks about stuff in a very different way, I think having him on our side is a real strength. So please do have a read. The ‘10 minutes with’ interviews now include Chris Bavin from Eat Well for Less and the amazing chef, Michel Roux Jr.
