We have added more recipes! We have just added seven more delicious and healthy dinners to ShowMe.Fit – we hope you love them just as much as we do. Each one is filled with so much flavour and lots of healthy veggies. They are all really simple and easy to cook, they won’t take you more than 30 mins to prepare and cook; they are also super good for you!
Each week we will be uploading more recipes to our site for you to try out and enjoy. We aim to get seven more lunches and seven more breakfasts on so you have more than a week’s to choose from. Once this is done, six more beautiful recipes will be heading your way each week – 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners.
They have all been checked over by our wonderful nutritionist Kat and cooked by either Gregg himself or Anna who has written up and designed the recipes herself!
We strongly encourage you to take pictures of your food and send it over to our Instagram account by tagging @greggshowmefit OR by using the hashtag #showmefit. We will be adding your pictures to our account so other people can check out your wonderful cooking skills.
Remember, this is a journey so even if you do not consider yourself to be the most skilled cook in the world, you are here to learn and grow.
