Walking, I think is fantastic for two reasons.
It fascinates me now looking back, but when I was overweight, I knew what it was in my heart what I should do… so, the question is, obviously if I knew what it was, I should be doing, why didn’t I do it?
I suppose it might be fair to say I am actually addicted to exercise. I definitely don’t feel right if I don’t, I feel sluggish.
It’s not easy to eat healthily when you’re travelling. You don’t have the ability to make your own meals, so what do you do?
There is no reason for you to be hungry when you are losing weight. It simply isn’t true that you have to starve yourself.
No one’s journey from overweight to fighting fit is going to be without a hiccup.
I love a bit of planning; in fact, I plan everything. Now I find this incredibly useful and I am just going to throw it out there and see if helps you.
