Do you want to understand more about why we encourage no snacking?
On Tuesday at 7pm I will be on a Zoom call to discuss snacking – what it does to our body, how to recognise your snacking cues and then what you can do to try and eliminate snacking. I think if you understand why, then it can be much easier to stop.
The session will be recorded and will be part of a 4 week course we will be running for the next 4 Tuesdays. Do hope some of you can spend time with me live. I will allow some time for questions at the end.
