So what is body conditioning, it is functional, it is purposeful, meaning a workout that involves movements that will help you with everyday life tasks whilst strengthening and making those wobbly bits that much firmer. Expect bodyweight lunges, squats, push and pull movments whilst raising your heart rate aswell as core and full body mobility for all levels.
